Refund Policy

1. General Policy

At Rezolut Infotech Pvt. Ltd. (“Skep”), we are committed to providing a high-quality platform for our users. Due to the digital nature of our services and the immediate access provided to our infrastructure by beta users, we have a strict refund policy.

2. No Refunds on Beta Access

Beta Program Fees: Any fees paid for access to the Skep Beta Program, including initial setup or “Founder's Access” tiers, are non-refundable. These fees cover the manual onboarding and dedicated infrastructure setup costs incurred immediately upon your enrollment.

3. Subscription Services

For standard recurring subscriptions (once publicly launched):

  • Monthly Plans: Non-refundable. You may cancel at any time to stop future billing.
  • Annual Plans: Refundable within 7 days of the initial purchase date, provided no substantial usage (e.g., launching a live cohort) has occurred.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

We may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis for technical failures where the Skep platform was demonstrably unusable for a significant period. Users must provide proof of technical issues and their prior attempts to resolve them with our support team.
